we skateboarded around. went to a natural food store and found breakfast.
from there we went to Banff - dilly daddleling all the way. decided to stay there. we went for a swim in the pool got ready and went to the freestylers show at the Saskwatch. went skateboarding and ate poutine after. yes yes yes!!

the freestylersnext day we were Vancouver bound but not before checking out lake louise and stopping to sleep again in Kamloops.
